About us

Happy Aging offers onsite, yoga based programs for seniors, carefully designed so that every senior can participate at their own comfort zone. 

We have developed yoga practice on the mat but also on the chair which makes yoga accessible for everyone. Happy Aging program is safe, health-enhancing and life enriching. Through breathing techniques, singing, yoga asanas, meditation and various memory improving exercise we motivate and empower seniors to lead healthy, happy and independent lives.
