Practice yoga with a special focus on the sounds we make! It’s fun, beneficial and designed for everyone! You don’t have to have any singing skills to join this class. In fact, we think that everyone is able to sing!  Singing a stress reducer, increases self-esteem and confidence but also increases the lung capacity while decreasing muscle tension. Besides health benefits, being part of a singing group provides elderly people with social support and networking opportunities. 

Can you play an instrument? If you feel like, you can show us your skills and we will sing along while performing a beautiful yoga sequence to your song. Vocal yoga also includes listening to music, which stimulates positively our body. Vocal yoga improves brain functionality and increases positive feelings. It is a joyful and uplifting experience.
